Draft V1 policy: submitted drawings and photos are private by default, used to provide and improve the requested build workflow, and are not public unless the adult account holder explicitly publishes an eligible design. Child accounts are not supported.

Attribution and operational analytics are retained for up to 365 days; rate-limit buckets expire with their window. Final legal review of retention, subprocessors, and contact terms remains required before production launch.
